Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "ds88play," "Platform," "We," "Us," "Our" — refers to ds88play, the online gaming platform accessible at ds88play.one and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Player," "User," "You," "Your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service of ds88play, whether or not a registered account holder.
• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a Player on ds88play, used to access games, manage funds, and receive communications from the Platform.
• "Services" — all gaming products, features, promotions, payment facilities, customer support, and related services offered by ds88play on its platform.
• "Real Money Play" — any gaming activity on ds88play conducted using actual PHP funds deposited into a Player's account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credits, free spins, cashback, or promotional incentives granted to a Player's account by ds88play, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the multiple of Bonus Funds that a Player must bet in real money games before Bonus Funds or resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PHP" or "₱" — Philippine Peso, the sole currency in which all ds88play transactions are denominated and processed.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "GCash," "PayMaya" — Philippine digital wallet services accepted as payment methods on ds88play. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank refer to Philippine banking institutions also accepted as payment channels.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or jurisdiction where access to or use of online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law, or where ds88play does not hold the relevant regulatory authorizations.

By accessing ds88play.one or any page, feature, or service associated with ds88play, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ds88play with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or communications.

ds88play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change is involved, in which case ds88play will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification to registered Players. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your ds88play account and cease using the Platform. Continued use of ds88play after changes are posted and communicated constitutes acceptance, regardless of whether you have personally reviewed the updated document.

To be eligible to register and use ds88play, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines, or you are accessing ds88play from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted;
• You are not a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ds88play or any affiliated gaming studio;
• You are not subject to any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or regulatory action prohibiting you from participating in gambling activities;
• You do not have any existing ds88play account, whether active, suspended, or closed; and
• You are of sound mind and are registering of your own free will.

ds88play reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including during the registration process, before processing any withdrawal, or following any period of unusual account activity. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, SSS ID, and GSIS ID.

Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, ds88play will suspend the Player's account and withhold all pending withdrawals pending resolution. If a Player is confirmed to be under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits may be refunded at ds88play's discretion, and any winnings will be forfeited in full.

To access Real Money Play on ds88play, you must register a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including: your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine ID, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a unique password. You must not provide false information under any circumstances.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ds88play account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether by using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. ds88play employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited without refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ds88play login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. ds88play will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials have been shared shall be your sole responsibility. In the event of unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ds88play support immediately.

ds88play conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR guidelines. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ds88play may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal facilities.

You may close your ds88play account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance subject to no outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts flagged for investigation, fraud, or responsible gaming concerns may be subject to extended closure processing periods.

ds88play accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All supported payment methods are denominated in PHP. No foreign currency deposits are accepted, and no currency conversion is applied. Currently accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank direct bank transfers.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed and reflected in your ds88play wallet balance on an instant basis, subject to the availability and uptime of the respective payment provider's systems. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to two (2) banking business days to process and reflect.

The minimum single deposit on ds88play is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, subject to the Player's account verification status and the policies of the selected payment provider.

ds88play reserves the right to verify the source of funds used for deposits. Players may be requested to provide documentation confirming that deposited funds originate from a legitimate, lawfully earned source. This requirement is in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations applicable to gaming operators.

ds88play does not charge fees on deposits made to your wallet. However, payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, bank platforms) may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside of ds88play's control. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals from ds88play are processed to the Player's registered payment method on file. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

• GCash / PayMaya: typically 15–30 minutes after approval
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank bank transfer: typically 1–3 banking business days

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to payment provider maintenance windows, KYC verification requirements, or security reviews. ds88play will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

To be eligible to withdraw, a Player must: (a) have a fully verified account with KYC documentation on file; (b) have no outstanding wagering requirements attached to their current wallet balance; and (c) have complied with all applicable provisions of these Terms. Accounts under investigation are not eligible for withdrawal until the investigation is resolved.

The minimum withdrawal amount on ds88play is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. The maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day is subject to the Player's account tier and may be adjusted based on verification status.

ds88play offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.

All bonus funds awarded by ds88play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period stated in the offer.

ds88play maintains active monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Acts constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses; systematically exploiting low-house-edge games to meet wagering requirements; coordinated play between multiple accounts; and any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent. Players found to be abusing promotions will have their bonuses cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.

ds88play reserves the right to restrict, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to responsible gaming limits may be excluded from certain promotions at ds88play's discretion. Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only.

All promotional values, minimum deposits, and wagering thresholds related to ds88play promotions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

All games available on the ds88play platform — including live dealer games, video slots, bingo, keno, and table games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

All RNG-based games on ds88play (video slots, RNG table games, keno, bingo) use certified random number generation systems provided by the respective game developers. Each game provider is required to hold current certification from a recognized independent testing laboratory as a condition of inclusion in the ds88play lobby.

Live dealer games at ds88play are streamed in real time from professional studio facilities operated by certified live casino providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, among others. All live game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards dealt, wheels spun, dice thrown) under controlled conditions and continuous surveillance. ds88play does not influence live game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game, ds88play reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. No claim for winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioned game round will be honored. ds88play will not compensate Players for any alleged losses attributed to technical issues outside of ds88play's direct control, including internet connectivity disruptions on the Player's side.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available within each game's information panel. These figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results. ds88play does not alter or misrepresent RTP figures.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with ds88play:

• Registering while under the age of 21 years;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to register more than one account;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any non-human interface to interact with ds88play games or systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using ds88play as a money laundering mechanism or conducting any transaction that may constitute a violation of Philippine AMLA;
• Depositing funds from stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unauthorized payment methods;
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward ds88play support staff or other players in any interactive features;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ds88play platform;
• Accessing or using ds88play from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; and
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

ds88play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or chargebacks;
• Confirmed or suspected use of the account by a person under 21 years of age;
• Multiple account detection;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions;
• Player self-exclusion request under responsible gaming provisions; or
• Direction from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or law enforcement authority.

Upon account suspension, ds88play will provide notification to the Player's registered contact details where legally permissible. Players disputing a suspension may submit a formal appeal to ds88play support within thirty (30) days of notification. ds88play will review appeals in good faith but reserves the final right of determination. During an active investigation, account balances will be held and not disbursed until the investigation is resolved.

ds88play provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your ds88play wallet;
• Loss Limits: Automatically halt real-money play when net losses in a session, day, week, or month reach a self-defined threshold;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert you after a defined duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account deactivation lasting 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration you specify; and
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary permanent or long-term block of your ds88play account and all associated services.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, ds88play will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent the affected Player from accessing the Platform. Players in self-exclusion will be removed from promotional mailing lists. Accounts will not be reopened before the expiry of the self-exclusion period, regardless of the circumstances provided.

All content, software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, images, game titles, and other materials available on the ds88play platform are the intellectual property of ds88play or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ds88play platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include any rights to: download, copy, or redistribute any platform content; modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any ds88play material; use any ds88play trademark or brand asset without prior written consent; or access ds88play source code or back-end systems by any means.

Any unauthorized use of ds88play intellectual property, including reproduction, public display, distribution, or commercial exploitation, may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, ds88play, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or interruption of gaming availability;
• Losses or damages resulting from your reliance on information presented on the ds88play platform;
• Losses attributable to unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security;
• Losses resulting from network connectivity disruptions, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities on the Player's side;
• Financial losses arising from gaming activity, which are inherent to the nature of gambling and accepted as such by the Player upon registration; or
• Acts of god, force majeure, governmental actions, or other events outside ds88play's reasonable control.

ds88play's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

ds88play collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of ds88play's Privacy Policy.

ds88play processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Personal data collected by ds88play is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming, and service improvement.

ds88play does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where necessary to provide the Services or fulfill legal obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9487 (Interactive Games Act), without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ds88play, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice may be referred to the appropriate Philippine judicial or administrative forum with competent jurisdiction over the subject matter.

For regulated disputes involving gaming outcomes or platform conduct, Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Desk as the relevant regulatory authority. ds88play cooperates fully with all PAGCOR regulatory processes and inquiries.
